Real World Ready Muscle Build

$19 per month

Real World Ready: Muscle Build is designed for people who want to build real strength and size—without sacrificing long-term function. This plan focuses on hypertrophy and power, with strategic mobility built in to keep your body moving well as you grow. It’s for anyone who’s tired of random “bro splits,” vague online workouts, or programs that left them sore, frustrated, or stuck without results.

You’ll train four days a week: upper body on Monday and Thursday, lower body on Tuesday and Friday.

Optional recovery/stretching days are built into Wednesday and Sunday, and you can add a bonus arm day on Saturday if you’re up for it. Each workout is built around free weights, with plenty of unilateral work, core engagement, and proper movement mechanics.

Every session is guided inside the CoachRX app with videos and cues, so you know exactly what to do and why.

You’ll get the exact dose of stimulus needed to grow without burning out or being too sore to function the next day. Most clients feel and see results in 3–4 weeks, with noticeable muscle definition and strength.

By week three, don’t be surprised if your friends start asking what you’ve been doing.

After 3 months, you’ll not only look stronger—you’ll feel more confident, consistent, and in control of your workouts.

Real World Ready Longevity

$19 per month

Real World Ready: Longevity is built for people who want more than just a workout—they want to move better, feel better, and stay pain-free for decades. This program focuses on building a resilient, capable body by training strength, mobility, balance, and endurance all in one. You’ll train 4 days a week using full-body strength workouts and follow 2 active recovery sessions to support mobility and joint health. Each workout starts with a consistent warm-up that builds over time, preparing your body like “foreplay for your workout,” so you're always primed to perform.

Workouts are typically under an hour and built to help you feel better walking out of the gym than you did walking in. You’ll use mostly free weights with an emphasis on unilateral movements, which improve your core strength, balance, and coordination. Every movement has a purpose, whether it's picking up your kid, carrying groceries, or sprinting across a parking lot. No random soreness, no wasted effort—just intentional training that fits into real life.

Most clients begin to feel their body moving differently in the first two weeks—less tight, more mobile, more stable. Around weeks three to four, many report visible changes in posture, strength, and energy. By three months, it’s common to hear things like “I’m not afraid of my back anymore,” or “I actually look forward to training.” You’ll feel more confident, capable, and energized in your day-to-day life—and that translates far beyond the gym.

Online Personal Training

$200 per month

Online Personal Training is the most personalized and hands-on way to reach your goals with guidance, structure, and support at every step. Whether you’re balancing family life, a demanding job, or training for something specific like a backpacking trip or major life event, I’ll build a program around your schedule, space, and body. We’ll begin with a detailed intake to cover your history, goals, and preferences—then I’ll create a tailored plan that aligns with how you live and train.

This is real coaching. You’ll get unlimited messaging with me, a monthly check-in video call, and the ability to send exercise videos for form feedback. I’ll see all the workouts you complete (or miss), and I’ll be there to celebrate your wins and help you stay on track with accountability that actually works. Your success is my success—and I’ll be in your corner the entire way.

Everything is delivered through the CoachRX app, where you’ll access your custom program along with video demos and detailed instructions for every movement. I update your plan each month based on your progress, feedback, and what’s happening in your life. If recovery or mobility needs to be part of your program, I’ll include it. Nothing is cookie-cutter—this is all built around what you need to move forward.
