It’s about getting the most out of your time in the gym by using exercises that build multiple muscle groups at once—while also improving balance, coordination, agility, and overall resilience. Each workout starts with the same warm-up routine: foam rolling, static stretching, and dynamic movement prep. This consistency helps you build a habit, improves mobility, and gets your body and mind ready to train. From there, you’ll move into supersets—two exercises performed back-to-back—that target different muscle groups efficiently. Most days finish with a short, sprint-style conditioning piece to boost your heart rate and build real-world endurance.
All of this can be accomplished in about 60 minutes.

It is intentionally core-centric —designed to build the kind of core strength that actually supports your spine and reduces back pain.
Instead of traditional sit-ups (which can often make things worse), I focus on movements like planks, carries, and anti-rotation exercises.
These train your core to stabilize your torso, improve posture, and provide lasting protection for your lower back.
